Price Lists

• Rates effective 1 Jan, 2008 and subject to change without notice.
• Rates based on two people per RV. A $3.00 charge per day per extra guest.
• Reservations min of two night (drive ins always welcomed)
• Long weekend mini of 3 nights stay and will be charged if you leave early.
• Rates include full hook-up & CATV; excludes telephone
• All reservations require a deposit at the time the reservation is made.
• Cancellation Policy:
  30 Nights or Less Reservations:
  ~100% of deposit refunded up to 7 days in advance
  ~ 50% of deposit refunded if less than 7 days advance notice
  ~ Deposit forfeited if less than 24 hours notice.
  31 Nights or More Reservations:
  ~100% of deposit refunded up to 30 days in advance
  ~50% of deposit refunded if less than 30 days advance notice
  ~ Deposit forfeited if less than 24 hours notice.
  90 Nights or More Reservations:
  ~100% of deposit refunded up to 60 days in advance
  ~50% of deposit refunded if less than 60 days advance notice
  ~ Deposit forfeited if less than 24 hours notice.
  IF NO NOTICE IS RECEIVED (i.e. NO SHOW), THE FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED AND THE RESERVATION CANCELLED. If no notice is received deferring arrival, fee(s) may be assessed.
• CHANGE OF DATES POLICY:
  31 nights or more reservations resulting in shortening length of stay will be given the option of paying for the original length of stay reserved or forfeiting their original site assignment. A shortened stay will be subject to the deposit refund policy as outlined above under Cancellation Policy.
• CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT is 11 am. Untimely check-out may incur a late departure fee.
• Pets (cats and dogs) are limited to a combination of TWO (2) per RV.
