Ownership of RV Lots

General Information

  • Ownership registered in land Titles Office
  • Sites are covered by a one year warranty on concrete pad, underground services, shrubs and grass
  • Approx $140( includes GST) per month maintenance fee includes - sewer, water, garbage, snow removal & maintenance of common area, park roads.
  • Contingency fund is $10 per month paid annually
  • Each site includes cement pads, lawn, shrubs, water and sewer
  • Phone, cable & hydro are billed directly to site owner ( mailboxes available)
  • Site mowing, weeding & watering min $30.00 per month extra if requested
  • Rental service management fee will be 25%. this will cover booking & administrative costs
  • Shared taxes
  • Mortgage Financing Available
  • 8 by 10 sheds permitted
  • Site size approx: 35 ft by 70 feet

  Base Prices includes the following     

  • 1500 sq. ft exposed grey concrete

  •  Includes RV Site and 2” 8x10 raised shed pad

  • Shrubs, grass and a shade tree  (Number of Shrubs depend on location of RV Site)

  • All underground services to the RV Site

  • 8 x 10 Shed (3 different Shed Packages)

  • Extra Underground Services (Water and electrical conduit to shed)

  • Stamped Concrete

  • Underground Sprinkler Systems

  • Landscape             

  • Custom Designed Concrete Pads   Ex. Bordering

  • Shed must be wired and hooked-up by a certified electrician

  All up grades most conform with the theme of the park.  Upgrades are payable at time of site completion.
